Due to technical difficulties the threads once merged will not be unmerged.
You'll just have to start another thread for which knives are you...
My apologies.
:o:D

I guess that's it, then.

Ouch.

Whats the big deal?
Its a "what are you carrying today" thread started eons ago.
I tried to fix the mistake but it proved futile

Start another.

Actually, the thread in Traditional started last June, with this post. Perhaps "eons ago" to an outsider, but the thread was one of the more active and current threads in Traditional, featuring much more than static pictures of knives and including glimpses into daily lives and activities.

I realize that the only way to truly support this site is with actual money (paid memberships), but threads like the one that was just devoured can go a long way towards building the intangibles of community and camaraderie that encourage monetary investments.

I recognize that none of the threads here belong to any of us, and that the merge was a simple mistake.

However, whether in this matter or in the future, perhaps reconsider implying to those who have invested forethought, time, and heart into sharing their pictures and stories with one another that the loss is "no big deal."

Good point Pertinux.
I always loved that thread.
We will have to make an even better one i guess.

I made a mistake, tried to fix it, wasn't able to and apologized.
Someone may start another thread that will be current or not.
