Thread not bumping to the top

Got an item for sale and posted in the thread with price drop to bump, but it didnt bump to the top. Am i missing something?

Bumping in the Exchange was disabled years ago due to abuse. You can still bump your threads but it doesn't have the same effect. This is why you should always repost your sale/trade threads after 14 days.
