Thread on Ontario's RAT beef from way back?

There is an ESEE forum in the Archive section, that might be a good place to start. If I remember correctly, there was lots of discussion, but very few actual facts about the situation ever came to light. Maybe by design, IDK. It was quite the sore subject at the time, something that should probably stay in the past.
 
Yeah they became ESEE and Blue Sky is probably right it's in the ESEE forum.

As I remember it though, RAT wanted to update the designs, while Ontario didn't, and that's what led to the split.
