Thread size for HTM 4" Madd Maxx?

I would like to swap the clip on a 4" HTM Madd Maxx so it can be carried tip up. It's not tapped for that, so I need to drill/tap the holes. Does anyone know the thread size for the little screws that hold the clip?

Hi, It is either 2-56 or 3-48. It will depend on the taime frame that the knife was made.

I picked up the taps but haven't had a chance to do anything.

Just an update: the clip screws on mine were 3-48. I drilled a couple of new holes for tip up carry, tapped them, and now i have a reversible clip that allows tip up carry. I was a little worried about tapping the Ti handle, but I went slow and used oil and everything worked just fine.
