Thread title

I have a thread title that I butchered and can't seem to change it.

Can it be fixed or does it just stay as is?

Easiest way is to report the post and ask any Mod that happens to be on duty to please change it. They are usually pretty quick.

Helle, I'm not sure gold members have this ability, but try double-clicking just to the right of the thread title when it appears in the list of threads in whichever forum. It should highlight the title in a box for editing. That's how us mods do it. Let me know if it works. I can't edit titles except my own, or the ones in the sub-forum I moderate, so if you are not successful. contact your subforum mod directly or one of the supermods.

I just tried to edit one of my sale threads, no can do, it is a Mod thing, we can edit the first post, but the original title stays, Cougar helped me once and so did Bastid, it appears as if only Mods in that forum or super Mods can do it.

has anyone noticed in some sale threads that the op can change their thread title with spf and sold? for example currently on page 3 of prod. for sale

if Glockman is taking the time to do that for people when you can lock your thread i would think he would pull his hair out so maybe there is a way.

I seem to recall that you can only change your thread title in some forums, and Spark didn't really know why it only worked in some and not others.
