Im trying to make a tactical knife but do not want rivets. I saw a set of screws and a "threaded tube" to use rather than rivets Does anybody know what I mean and where to find these?

You can use threaded standoffs or folder pivot barrels. They are sold by most knifemaker suppliers. USAKnifemaker sells them and different types of screws but their site is temporarily down.

Yup, I might try that if I cant find these again. These were a set, came with a pair of torq screws and a threaded tube. Makes for a easy to assemble/disassemble on a tactical style handle.
