I have three and a wake-up left at my currant job. While I have enjoyed my time in in this unique Law Enforcement job, it is time to move on. Managements failure to maintain morale and foster good relations with the Protective Force make it clear that this is not where I need to be.
The greatest satisfaction I have is that my current job provided me the networking needed to aquire my new position as a machinist. I will be working 8hrs less per week (4 10s as opposed to 4 12s with overtime days) with all weekends and holidays off and no overtime. Oh and the best part no loss in pay or benefits.
Making this change should improve my home-life, give me more time to make knives and much more flexibility in attending shows.
Sometimes life is good
