Three back spring whittler

Here's some more of what I've been up to, three Backspring whittler, cpm 154 stainless springs and blades hollow ground, and hand rubbed to 1000 grit. 416 bolsters and 410 stainless, mill relieved , jeweled liners. Amber stag handles ! Thanks for looking!

Great looking knife swede! Might I ask, why the same two secondary blades, instead of a coping, perhaps?
 
The knife sold at ICCE so I don't have any spring pics. Coolio honestly I did the blades like that because that is what Bill Ruple said to do.. I like the looks of the one he does so I tried to emulate it.. I know my rendition falls way short tho..thank everyone for the kind words..much appreciated !
 
swede, if Bill Ruple said to do it, then it's probably the thing to do.:D:thumbup:
 
Anything I do right on these things is because Bill taught me how. The mistakes are my own.
