Was thinking hard how to get a sheath for the chiruwa. Alas, it was grabbed by someone. haha , no need to think anymore.

That's easy, just get one and then send it to Pugs for nice clothes.

Tks Jens. Guess the new owner of CAK might be a new owner , that's why didn't report here .

Got another stealth shark today! Great snag ntt! Someone is sneaking around with a Giant Chitlangi Bowie also?

...another stealth shark today!...Someone is sneaking around...

Up until a year or two ago, before the HI forum was available only to members of BladeForums, unregistered "visitors" could browse the DOTD offerings. "Stealth sharks" were more common then because visitors who bought a DOTD couldn't make posts on the forum.

Nowadays, with everyone here being members, there is no reason why someone couldn't post an "email sent" notification to the forum. It's considerate to the rest of us, and it can reduce Auntie's email burden.

ETA: Thanks for letting us know where that GCB went, roninsgrip, we were curious!

I have another angle Steve - I didn't know it was considered courtesy to post in the thread for sure. I knew the email to Auntie was a "must do" to get the request in and then posted in the thread if time and inclination permitted. I'm away from a computer a lot. Browsing on my iPhone and sending emails in between tasks are easy. Writing in forums tends to be a lot harder - at least for me. Thus, I didn't always update the thread.

So, now I know and will abide by that. However, if I didn't know that etiquette, I bet others don't either. I'm the first to admit I'm thick as a brick and could have missed it being mentioned over and over.

No problem, my reply was meant as general information (since some people might not be aware of it) and not directed toward you (I saw your post was added as I was previewing my post). Yes, it's more etiquette than requirement.

I didnt mean anything by it other than these blades are like family to us especially when something like a special Giant pops up. I meant it out of curiosity more than anything. I can see how it would help Aunti tho having to go through the extra emails and such. I commonly browse the forum with my cell phone when sacking out and know what you mean about trying to post something on a cell. Not much fun. I dont know how you guys even buy off DOTD with a cell phone. Id be Khukriless If i had to do it that way. Congrats on that Bowie! I have one too named Maus! They are awesome powerful blades!
Oh...Cool website by the way and look forward to seeing more of your offerings. Great work! Im jealous:D
