Here are two of the knives I am thinking about adding to my line. They are 5" overall, with blades about 2 1/8" long, and 3/32" thick. I put cocobolo on these. Should I add them or not? Would anyone use something like this?

Here you go. I have large hands, it`s definately a 3 finger grip. (I know, my fingernails are filthy)

Consider one (maybe two) of them sold. Drop me an email with more details - nice, simple, clean look and functional... That's a winner in my book.

How long are the handles John? I would be interested in something on that order but probably 3 inch blade.

Handles are right at 3". Remember, anything I make can be altered, I do each one at a time.

Looks good John. Based on how your kit knives feel, the little hook tail at the end of the handle really gives you a good grip in that three finger grip. The thicker scales and wood look interesting. Going to have your leather pocket sheath with these models?

They look great John. Perhaps a longer handle for a full grip. I like it because travelling the country like I do it would make a perfect size for unassuming edc.

That means you have been working!!! I think these two are great! I really like the size! Are the two the same or slightly different blade shapes...the one of the left looks like it has a touch more drop that the other.:thumbup:

o wow, really like that Stomper. I feel bad man, If I had more cash you would be the first custom I would be callin, not that your knives are expensive, im just poor. :D

The one has more of a drop. I`m thinking of doing a wharncliff too, but not sure yet. Basically I`m trying to find something people like before I run out of stock.

With a three inch blade it would be close to the Hiker's backup with a thinner Blade?

I have several three-finger skinners and find them very handy for that purpose. However, for tasks that require application of more force than skinning typically does, I prefer a regular length handle.

Those knives look fantastic.

I have a three finger or two and I really enjoy the handle to be a bit smaller/thinner. I chose the three finger design for size and a swelled handle sort of takes away from that.

Just my opinion.

I like the length of blade, but am a bit fussier about the handle length. Too short for me. They are very nice looking...hmmm making me think John...
