I am a Chinese player, I use machine translation English to communicate with you, please forgive me.

This is my first post, and I'm a big fan of tactical knives, both folding knives and fixed blade knives.

I think among the three knives, the SOG has the best comprehensive performance. Because it's thick enough, the way it's polished gives it a great edge. It's got good toughness, it's got long enough cutting lines, it's got good weight.

The MK5 is too heavy. Solingen's scabbard is terrible. These are two fatal flaws.

I still have many ideas to communicate with you, but I am limited by the language, so I will say so much for now.

I have two final questions. 1. Can you see my picture clearly? I think it is not very clear. 2. My next target is Gerber's Trident. I want to know your feelings and comments on it during the actual use.

If I break any rules, please let me know. Thank you for teaching me to post pictures, thank you.

Pic looks good on my end. Nice collection!

欢迎,需要什么在我profile上帖。

可以买一个Gold会员,这里哥么都很好。刀在Bladeforums卖能省很多钱,不知道你在哪里住。

Pictures look great, no problem. I dont have a combat knife, but if I could I would probably get a Gerber Strongarm in the BDZ1 steel, or Adamas fixed blade.

Cheers.

Thank you, Gerber is a very good tactical brand, have a chance to experience it.
I now live in Beijing, China

pics are great...your english translator is excellent. many americans cannot write that well. come back soon and post your thoughts and wishes.
Thank you. I use a translation software. My own English is not very good. I hope to communicate with you more in the future.

I have the Sog Seal knife in your photo and the tanto version of your KM 5000 which I bought in Germany a few years ago . Now I wish I had your dagger version as well. I have no experience with the MK 5 but it looks cool.

These are great knives. Mk5 is the best straight knife mod has ever made. He won the 2001 Knife Show Champion award. KSK special forces, originally equipped by Germany, were also used by American individuals. The MK5 is one of the most popular tactical fixed blades in China.

Welcome to our little corner of the Internet!
I like the picture of your knives.

The pictures are great.
There are so many different knifes that it's hard to decide which to buy first. Everybody has different opinions as to what is most important so we all have our own favorites.
I wish I could communicate as well in Chinese as you can in English, even with the help of the computer and software.

That MOD is awesome! You don’t see them around much these days…

Gerber has recently put out some pretty bad knives. (Bear Grills knife is the prime example), and for me that takes them out of contention for a tactical blade. Probably some of their stuff is good, but I KNOW some of the stuff they’re selling as “survival gear” is bad… Can’t trust a company like that.

It is because we have different preferences, so there will be experts in all fields, we communicate with each other to have fun. Thank you for your reply

I like mods very much and I own most of them now. Gerbers used to be very good, and still many people are looking for old gerbers, but the quality of the latest gerbers is not very good, probably because of the origin and materials.
