Hello all, long time no see, I do intend to change that though and post more 🤞

The Secare is a model of knife that I have been making for a while, in fact it was first mentioned here back in 2012 (I know, I don't look old enough), designed as a workhorse, hard use, camp, utility, work.

These three are the latest finished, early version had a stainless steel bolster, that feature was dropped a while ago, early ones too got two flared tubes as fixings, today two or three tubes are options as well as the full take down version you see here.

All three get Ultrex SureTouch™ handle scales.

Thanks for the looks, see you all around the forum.

Nice looking blades....
Thank you for taking the time to comment, it is very much appreciated
Great design! I love flared tubes.
Yes, me too, you just know that those tube fixed scales are never, ever coming off 😂
All three are very nice. I like that you offer a take down version as well.
Quite a recent thing (in the scheme of things) that screwed together option, for a while I was a little too over zealous about sticking to the original Secare specification, they all had bolsters and they all had black G10 scales over orange G10 liners, then I chilled out a bit about it and in my opinion the Secare became a better knife for it.

I must admit I do love the older versions with the bolsters and especially in OD green canvas micarta😉........
Have drooled over the one linked below for a good while......👌

It is indeed a very early one, that one.

Now you mention that combo I don't think any were made with the bolsters and in green canvas?

The green canvas does suit the Secare though, that said, there isn't much green canvas doesn't suit I don't think.

My sentiments exactly...👍👍👍........My favorite micarta bar nuns😉.......
