Three new knives

My new knives:



They arrived today. The Gelbu Special is Yangdu's deals for 8/31. The new Spyderco Military was ordered last week. It sneaked through customs so I do not need to wait for a month to get it from them.

Pretty nice knives.

Congratulations. The GS is one of my personal favorites and the Mili is a great cutter. Nice combination.

The shipment made pretty good time to Europe. I have never done nearly as well on shipments going the other way.

The shipment was 7 days exactly for Spydie. Pretty fast USPS Global Priority. And only 5 bucks cost.

The khukuri was probably delivered in similar time but it took me month before I went to pick it up. Yangdu shiped it 08/31 and letter from customs had the date 9/9. The problem was I was not at home when postman came with the letter so he gave me just notice about it. When I found the notice I was affraid the letter might be some unpleasant one from local police about my overspeed driving. They too usualy send letters that way you have to sign the receipt. So I did not go to pick up the letter at postoffice.
Now I wish picked it up earlier. I could have the khukuri month ago.

Nice side of this story is both knives arrived at the same day. Great combo and double joy.
