Three new sheaths.

Here are three new sheaths I just completed. One is a pouch style, one is a pouch style dangler, and one is Randall style "mid ride". These are intended for field use. I made them as sort of prototypes to see which construction method I preferred. I think the pouch won out. These are all three for a Busse NMSFNO .

The two pouch style sheaths are made from 8-9 oz leather and treated with multiple coats of Obenaufs LP. The Randall pouch is finished in Acrylic Resolene.

As usual my lack of photo skills are distressing me. I really need to get a light box/tent.

Those look good, Nick!

I'm usually partial to the danglers for blades that long. The pouch types make it harder to lift the knife up high enough for me, but that's just personal preference.
