Three point pens ?

I am looking for a nice looking three point pen (The kind where a different pen tip is used depending on what button you push). Fisher makes one called the "Triple Action" that has a red ink tip, a black ink tip and a mechanical pencil tip. Are there any others out there I should look at? I figure this will be a nice way to lower the number of pens in my pocket and reduce the "pocket-protector-nerd" factor.

The big thing now is the "multi-action" pens. . . Generally has; black ballpoint pen (medium point), red ballpoint pen (medium point), 0.5mm pencil and a fluorescent orange highlighter (or some other multiple of writing devices).

Fisher has them in 4 different styles/types.

There is a Yafa Quad-Action (3 exterior colors).

Staedtler has a nice selection. Their 3-way; Aura, Kombi, Trio, Mars Data-3 and Multi-3. Their 4-way; Multi-4 and Quadra.

ROTRING has 3 different set-ups (Trio Pencil - three lead sizes 3mm, 5mm, and 7mm, Quatro Data Lava Graphite - Black, Red, Blue ink pens, and 5mm pencil, Quattro-Pen Data - Stylus, Black ink, Orange Highlighter and .5mm Pencil). They also have 3 in a "600 series."

Waterford has a large line (all have red ballpoint, black ballpoint, 0.7mm pencil and stylus tips).

The only problem with them. . .if you do "allot" of writing with the pencil. They're not known to last "real" long.

I use a Staedtler Multi-4. Very nice !

One of the best places to see a lot of pens like that is at Stylus Central. There's all include a PDA stylus, but the collection will show you what's out there.

Personally, I like the Fisher Three-In-One.

Sanford Corp. (Uni-Ball) makes a nice inexpensive multi-pen called the PhD Multi. It's about $8 at Office Depot. Its got a rubber ergonomic grip with your choice of blue or green barrels. There is a ball point, 0.5mm mechanical pencil, and a PDA stylus point. The Yafas are also inexpensive as well but I've never looked at them closely. I agree about the Fisher Triple Action, it's a nice pen.

Dude,

LAMY of Germany does include what you need in their inventory and product list.. :D

I found a nice 4 way at Sharper Image... I've owned a couple of them before, I can say this.. don't go cheap, don't go plastic...
This metal one piece one has out lived all of them.

I am actually using the Rotring Quattro, which has 4 pens, not three. I customized it a bit. It came with red, blue, and black pens, and 5mm pencil. I replaced the red pen with the highlighter refill, and replaced the black pen with a PDA stylus. Now it's my perfect pen!

The silver version is nice looking, IMO.
