Three unique graphics for my family

Since my last name is Pepper, my family has always been stuck with Dr. Pepper stuff. Tshirts, coffee mugs, jelly beans, I even have a very nice old Dr. Pepper bar mirror. A few years back my brothers and I got "I'm a Pepper" tattoos (most of you should remember those old commercials), just in case we ever got lost and forgot who we were.
So I called Heather and ordered some early Xmas presents for myself and my two brothers. They use knives camping and hiking, but aren't into knives. Hopefully this will change that. Three small Sebbies. Heather was nice enough to take pictures before sending the knives out, so here they are:

Esav, my sister and my sister-in-law are both medical docs, and my brother has his doc in Economics. No knives for the girls though, I can't afford that.
My dad, for those of you old enough to understand the reference, was a Sgt for quite a while.
My callsign (fly in the back of an AWACS) is Waldo, which is an even more obscure/old reference. Although I've been called Dr, Salt, Chili, Red, Green, and pretty much every other joke you can make with my name.....
