As the title says I have the pleasure to add to my collection three knives, they are different but yet very exiting to me.
I'll start with the "oldest" of the three, the fantastic shipfoot TC Barlow in walnut. All have been said about this knife. Every custom maker would have been proud to design and make such a knife. For me a perfect EDC in all aspects.
The second came to me after browsing Vince (aka VCM3) store and picking what looked like a nice single blade trapper. To my disappointment that knife had a wicker pull (I like hard pulls). Vince was very kind to accept this knife back and send me another, which turned out to be another winner. It seems that perfection is not kept for only one knife. This is tight, light, sharp, snappy and with hard enough pull knife, with very similar grind to Lanny's clip. I present John Lloyd trapper with extremely nice micarta scales.
The third one arrived yesterday, a true masterpiece by Sheffield maker Stan Shaw. This is stunning knife with the feeling of old glorious times of Sheffield.
