How do you post video's? Pictures are no problem. Have some vids to post, and not sure how to do it.

Tried to put on in this post as a test, and no go.

If I put it in as a link, the whole album is open to anyone? How do you show the vid you want, without showing the rest of your albums to everyone?

They usually work fine if uploaded to an off-site like Photobucket. File type might make a difference though. What's the extension? .mov? .mpg? .mp4? Something else?

I posted the link with the like icon above, and it showed the video on the link, but it also put the whole album accessible.

how did you get the video directly on the post?

when I click on it, (even though I am logged out) I can see every photo and video I have on Photo bucket. Any way to keep the rest of the photo's and vid's private etc?

On Photobucket, I think that the whole album might be visible unless you designate it as Private. In that case, only specific links to pictures/videos work. Someone would have to guess the names of your other pics/vids and enter a specific URL in order to see them.

Yeah, you need to go into "account options" and under "Album Settings," designate the album as private. If you want certain folks to be able to see everything, there's a field to designate a Guest Password. Just make sure they get the password.

To get a picture of the vid to post, click on the IMG Code over to the right of the vid. It should copy to your buffer automatically. Then you just have to paste it into a post.

Edited: Looks Private now. I could see other pics/vids available up in the right-hand corner before. They're gone now.

Cool vid!

Looks right from this end. Nice work. You may set off another round of stump envy for Hogwash.

Ha, those aren't my stumps (my dad's, took the kid to visit this weekend). I have two that are almost as big. We used to have tons that big and much bigger at the house when I was younger (we used to go cut them down, and use them to heat the home). That stump is the last big one he has left, and I seem to have made a large crack in it from throwing at it over the years.

Great throw, can you do that consistently? I hope you've got more vids, one isn't enough! :p

check my other thread I posted more video's. When I go to visit the pop's I usually spend a ton of time out in the back throwing.

I can stick the hawk out to 50 feet pretty consistent (at the 41 foot mark yesterday I got 50+ sticks in a row). With the hawk at most distances in that yard (max out at about 50 feet if I am standing in the garden, with back to the fence). I am about 98% or so (slightly less at the farthest distances). I can throw it while moving toward the target or away also, and the stick percentage goes down.

The LE I threw for the first time this weekend, and only for a minute or two. That throw with the LE took me three tries (stuck on the third try ever from that distance).

Yes, that's a nice stump you are using.

I can get a good slice of a big old growth redwood but I have no place to put it.

That throw looked pretty darn good. Looks like the D-guard didn't hinder it a bit.
