throwing other hand

Hi, I have started throwing left handed, but I just started throwing am still not good. question, should I trow with both hands in the same session or just one hand per. My sessions are short not more than 10 minutes. thanks Mike

Throwing with both hands simultaneously is a good way to "teach" your off hand.

thanks, I was wondering if I would screw up primary by doing left as well before primary is trained
