throwing stars

can someone shoot, "no pun intended" a short video of themself throwing some stars, briefly explaining the technique and movements required to do it correctly.

I don't have a video but here is a site that can get you started.
Hope this helps. Best thing you can do is make yourself a target out of some good 1" pine and start tossing!! You will find your own style. What ever works best for you.
