How do you remove a thumb stud? My knife has a little indention below one of the studs.

Thanks.

Mine all screw in to the blade or into each other. If your knife is like the ones I've had in the past, just use it and one day you'll notice they are gone. :)

I want to turn it around, because I chipped the side I used and it is pretty sharp. I just want to flip it around.

some you can take out, some you can't

if they don't have a screw driver slot, or a torx or hex slot, then i usually put try to use 2 leathermans and try to force it out

some work and some don't, like for example my ZT will not come out no matter how hard i try

Some companies press teh thumbstuds into the blade, if this is the case you won't be able to remove them easily, and getting them back in is not a likely option either.
What kind of knife are you struggling with?
