Thumbdisc Lovers Unite!

I can’t say I’m a lover of thumbdisks…but I wouldn’t throw them out in the cold.

Not sure if I have any with the thumbdisks anymore…hmmm…might have to go searching.
 
I like them sometimes. The ones on the ZT's in the first two pics look really nice.

I've only ever done one and it was terrifying. Trying to tap that tiny screw hole in the middle of the spine gas a real pucker factor.

Snap that tap off in the hole and the blade is wrecked. I'm not sure my nerves would take another attempt.

Ha, that’s why I haven’t attempted to extract the broken screw on my Emerson. Right now the knife is functional, but if I mess it up it becomes a $150 harsh lesson.

Buddy, I'm telling you, you will love the A-100. I have a super and a regular and they are both fantastic. I think I like the super a little more, but both are very near the top of the Emerson pile for me.

You talked me into it. That’ll be my next one. Gotta wait a week or 2 bought another eklipse last weekend on the Hinderer drop and promised the wife no more till after Christmas 🤞🏼🤣

The kwaiken is also a fantastic knife if you like that style, similar semi neutral handle shape to the A-100 and the wave works great!
