Here's my story, a few weeks ago i took my SOG Aegis out of my knife case and opened it up, for some reason it didn't lock as it should and the blade could fall back down instead of being in the open position.... so i sent it into SOG, 2-3 weeks later i got it back 100% fixed, and they gave it a free sharpening aswell =D it took a while, but it wasn't a knife that was included in my EDC (every day carry) anyway... as of right now my spyderco tenacious is... anyway all in all, sog did a wonderful job fixing it + giving it a sharpen all for free ;) well done SOG... they'll get more business from me in the future as i like to know that if i have a problem with my knives the company can handle it for me =D....

iam also now looking in to buying an emerson CQC-15 satin finish with serrations.. sold out almost everywhere, but found it for around $163 ... later guys.

Good to know, thumbs up for them. I, like you, carry a Tenacious every day as well. its a great knife. Shaves hair and only needs a stroping now and then to keep it that way.

Good to hear! Ive never sent SoG anything but feedback like this is good to know in case anyones looking at certain companies, I like knowing that when I buy something I'm taken care of. Yeah 2-3 weeks is the standard turn around for knife companies as that is what I'll be waiting for on my strider and 2 benchmades I have out.

That's one way of seeing it.

The way I see it, that knife shouldn't have had the problem in the first place. So really, it's thumbs down.
