Just would like to thank MOD for the fast and expert service on two knives I sent back for service. Had them back a week to the day. Screaming sharp, solid lockup and well just happy. Rita in customer service is aces too. Along with Mike Janich. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend MOD or there wares 100%
Next thumbs up goes to Josh at PVKT. Ordered my first auto, a Paragon UDT Seal model. A cheaper version of the Ochs knife. Fast service and he even threw in a nice little bonus too. Now here is the deal here, when I rec. this auto, my first, it had more rattles than my .45acp. So I call him up. He says just torque everything down and see how it goes. Not only that he says look it seems you like larger knives so I will send you an Ochs to look at alongside the Paragon. If you like the Ochs better keep it and send the Para back or both or what have you. You can't get better service than that. I did tighten everything down and it did make a bit of a difference as for tightness but still a bit of blade play. He said the Ochs is head and shoulders above the Paragon so at least I can compare them side by side.
This may not be the forum for this type of cudo's but I figured here alot more people would see it and appreciate the great customer service from both vendors. keepem sharp
