Thumbstud for Buck 110?

Back in the early eighties I picked up a little aftermarket thumb stud for my Buck 110. It was fitted to a tiny clamp and just screwed into place, and you could place it where ever you liked along the spine of the blade. Believe it or not, it worked perfectly, and I carried that combination every day for many years.

Is there a similar product available now? If not, what's the best way to get a proper thumb stud mounted on the blade?
 
They were called "one armed bandits" and I don't think they're available anymore. There was a guy on eBay selling something similar recently but I can't find him now. Maybe he's out of them, I don't know.
