They’re the same.
I find that the Inkosi is easier to open than some of my 21’s. Since the pocket clip does not ride on the lock bar like the 21, there is less pressure on the Inkosi lock bar which makes it easier to break the detent.
I’ve got two large Micarta Inkosi’s and both haven’t required a break in period like the 21’s do.
