Does anybody sell the slanted type thumb studs like the ones on the A.G. Russell Acies, or the Kershaw Storm?

I'm not 100% positive, but since Kershaw made the Acies for AG, and seeing how they make everything in-house down to the screws, I'd guess they are exclusive to Kershaw. I haven't seen another company use them.
