Hey Bruce. I've tried getting in the chat last week but there was a big red X on the screen. Is that big picture thing essential to the chat? If so do you know how I can fix it?

Could be you do not have flash installed. I think the chat is flash based so you need that or it won't work. Should be easy to find and install.
