Unbelievably to me (because this knife is right up my alley), this knife was refused by a customer last week. It is a 1/8" thick convexed Bushfinger. The steel is 3D Spalted 01. The handle (actually the reason for refusal) is GORGEOUS African Blackwood over natural canvas with a whitewall. The customer wanted something a little lighter in color.
This is a rare knife because it is very tricky for me to not mess up the convex sabergrind on steel this thin. Think of the triangle you are making and how touchy it is, then factor in belt flex. It would be pretty easy as a flat grind, but thin and high aren't conducive to convexes. I won't be making one of these for a while. If you are a slicer, not a pounder, then this knife is for you!!!

Heber makes a bombproof square bottomed sheath for them too. Please coordinate your sheath order directly with them.
