Thanks! O1 Steel @ 3/16" Thick - Heat treated in house (as always) to 59-60 RC. These are easy to sharpen and hold a very fine, sharp edge.

I'm grinding one today... it's about half ground now (I'm on break, lol so big I could not grind in one sitting) and .360" thick.
