Many have come and many have gone but these chosen few will always stay.
Call me weird but during the work week I often look forward to using my Busse knives at the firepit or out for a hike. I never have one to far out of reach and the affinity I have for these knives is not easy to describe. On to the good stuff....Busse knife pics......enjoy
Just stripped the HLRM the other night, i'm lovin it.

I too have become an instant Terror Monkey DSSF fan. I need a Terror Monkey:eek: I think it is cool you have decided to just get the DSSF and bring it into your inner circle.

Yeah the DSSF is KILLER for Batoning wood, couldn't wait to take mine out and beat it today when it arrived!!! Awesome collection of Choppers and Batoners!

Why would anybody call you weird for something like that? Seems perfectly natural to me. Them beautiful knives you got, they need to be used, and used hard. In fact, that Stealth looks a little too neat and clean, contrary to her sisters on top.:D

Not weird, I do the same thing. Very nice spectrum of knives, thanks for the pics:thumbup:

Nice collection!
Is there any difference in the DSF's?
Will they fit in the same sheath?

I just tried the DSSF in the sheath you made for my DSF and it fits real good, nice and snug. I have to say that the crinkle finish fits tighter than the DSF camo, although mine is quite worn. I'll ship my DSSF to you when I order a sheath so you can make some for it. Overall it feels the same, the G10 handles are very grippy compared to others, must be the way the pattern is cut, either way it works real well.

Max, how does the Stealth Monkey compare to that beauty Basic? I have the DSSF headed my way and boy am I excited.

The Basic 7 is much different than the DSSF. It weighs a lot less (res -c handle) I mean it almost feels weird it is so light, no choil, asymmetric edge, almost positive it has a different heat treatment on the steel. I like them both for what they are and I honestly could not choose between the two if I had to. Being that the DSF and the DSSF are readily available on the exchange I would go for one of these now instead of searching for a Basic that could take a long time. I love my DSF and I know you will too once it arrives.
Congrats on the score

You are missing:
FFBM
NMFBM

Go get em'

I always wanted a FBM but when I had the money there were none on the exchange so I bought the next best thing...CGFBM
