..just wanted to say thanks, and bring to other forumites attention the great service I received from CRKT. Just received some tiny screws from them free of charge, mailed to Canada. I couldn't match them up locally. They're for the scales on my much abused edc Point Guard, not a new purchase and hardly their responsibilty now.

CRKT offers awesome customer service, I cannot stress this enough!

Same here, I sent them an email requesting a new rubber ring (sits next to the washer around the pivot pin) for my M16-03Z because the old one was worn out and they not only sent me one of these, they also put washers and a catalog in the envelope...it arrived in Europe about two weeks after I sent that mail!
