Ti aircraft fasteners

Hey guys, I have a couple of titanium aircraft fasteners, and they've just been sitting on my desk for a while. I can't think of anything useful for them.

Any ideas?

I don't know what grade they are but I tried to drill into the hole in the end to make it deeper and it won't drill at all. They are very tough.

I wanted to drill the hole deeper, cut off the hollowed section, anodize it and use it as a bead, but I can't drill the stuff.

Maybe I should just take it to my belt grinder and look at the pretty sparks.

Be sure and wait until after dark and take it outside so the sparks can make a good light show for the kids!

Good idea. Tomorrow IS the last day of school for them, so tomorrow night would be perfect.
