Ti Blade Commanders

A long time ago, on the Emerson Knives site, there was talk of a run of Ti bladed Commanders being produced.

Does anybody know if this ever happened?

There was to be a limited run of Ti bladed Commanders, I believe they were to be hand ground by Ernie (if I recall correctly), however, it never happened.
