Having been confined to the Haze estate over the last few days, thanks to the Typhoon we just had over here,
I had to do something to pass the time. So I finished off some of those bits and pieces that seem to
just sit about the shop for ages, one of them was this clip.

I loosely coppied the shape and size of the standard EKI clips for this one.
It's made from titanium with a black G-10 kicker, "flat top" design with recessed screws.
Finished off with a 600 grit finish that matches the Ti lock side.

Very nice work, it looks very clean, and compliments the design of the knife. I really need to start buy some basic shop tools for the garage. I have a feeling I would spend even more time than usual out there...

Beautiful... I'd buy a few off you in a heartbeat

Thanks much for the words guys

That one does look pretty good, I did a similar clip for an HD-7 a
while back so I figured it would go pretty well with the 12 too.

Nice work!

How about that typhoon? I was reading about it in the papers today.

That must be some hairy sh*t!

It wasn't actually too bad for me this time, I live in the north west (Taoyuan) so it was just a case of lots and lots of rain and some good winds.
Down south things have been pretty bad by the looks of it. There are reports of the worst flooding in 50 years and the like.
I didnt even lose power at the house this time and the fields round my house arn't looking that bad either.

You should try walking the dog during a typhoon  I'm sure the wee guy actually likes it.
When ever there is a big storm he's always at the window wagging his tail looking out at it.

Looks like you got off lightly - the south had 200cms of rain in some counties!!

China was also smacked hard - 1 million people evaced from their east coast.

They got a pic of a six storey hotel that collapsed and disappeared into a river. Amazingly 300 people were evacuated minus any serious injuries. How the hell that's possible I dont know.

Northern Phillipines also got hit hard - 21 people dead and 83 000 displaced by flooding and what not...

Mother nature aint nuthin to mess with!

Yup, things can get pretty meassy, it's really not good when folks lose houses and everything in them, thats for sure.

Seriously nice work there. I hope you offer some of us Emerson fans some clips as well.

Thanks, I need to sort out a bit of free time to bash out a few at the machine shop.
They are just to laborious to do any sort of numbers by hand. You guys will be the first to know when I do though ;)
