Ti framelock military

I'm not sure if this has been discussed yet or not. Would the blade from a liner lock military fit in a framelock military? ..and when I say "fit" I mean will the lockbar engage? Will the detent ball line up with the hole on the blade? What I'm going for is a RIL military with the xhp steel and the brown g10 on the non locking side. Help?
 
It is the luck of the draw. Some fit well from what I have read and some don't. either way you loose your warranty.
 
I know that one guy, Yablanowitz, swapped the M4 from the RIL millie with is very used s90v blade. I think he's carrying the CF with an M4 blade now.
 
Yep. And the old, worn S90V blade worked fine in the G-10/Ti handle. No fitting was required on either knife. I'm not real big on warranties anyway. I figure if it isn't defective coming out of the box, whatever happens later is probably my fault.

Edit to add: The lanyard tube is flared, so getting the brown scale off the one and attatching it to the other without damage may prove problematic.
