Ti Friction Folder

I've had the new friction folder for a few weeks an finally had some time to post some pics and a short review.
1st of all this is one stout folder! Tank like construction. It is still very slim and rides very nice in the pocket. It is easily opened one handed using your thumb. There is no side to side blade play at all. The grind is perfect as can be expected from JK. The rounded spine is really nice, easy on the hand for doing push cuts.
It cuts like nobodies business and retains the edge exceptionally well. As you can tell from my previous posts, I use my knives hard.
In all, a very practical, strong, highly functional yet good looking knife. Kind of like a diesel pickup truck, a working mans knife.


 
That blade shape with the high tang reminds me of an old space ship/rocket ship.

That is really great looking!

I like the way the jimping on the thumb-rest turned out with the rounded spine - a very nicely finished knife!
