:)Ti-Lock ordered. I waited (with difficulty) till after Christmas to reduce the chances of package mishap. Also, it's comming from Arkansas, one state away.
Fingers crossed.
I put a lot of thought into this decision, putting down that kind of money for a non embellished handle and no exotic blade material was tough. On the other hand, I love that type blade (drop point), the length (+3"), packed into a handle the same length as a Small 21. Intriguing lock of course.:D Don't forget, light weight.
Now the wait begins.

Well, you're just gonna have to let us know how you like it once you get it. That may persuade whether I get get one or not.

The Ti-Lock is a nice knife. I had one and sold it long ago and hope to get another again someday. The lock is unique and with some practice, you can open it and close it one handed. The scales are stonewashed, so show virtually no wear. The blade is huge for its handle size. Just a great overall design. The originals had blasted scales, while the newer versions have stonewashed. Only about 50 or so were made with the blasted scales. If I had the choice, I would want the blasted scales just for grippiness, but thats a personal preference. Overall, its a solid folder that I think you will like.

nyefmaler, you are not making it easier.:D
1. I do hope to "one hand it", but have a small hand.
2. I have the equipment to blast the scales if I want, don't know, they are pretty as is???(Blasted and Stonewashed slabs look great too??)
3. With you on the design thing.

I find this knife to be amazing it may be my favorite CRK. I don't carry it often a plain Jane 25 is my edc. I find it extremely easy to open and close. With some practice you will be able to deploy and close as if it were automatic. The blade length for the handle size is huge. I find the lock very secure and the handle feels great in hand.

I rate the Ti up there pretty high… for a careful , co-ordinated person it is slick and offers a lot of advantages.. being more of a caveman , generally I stick with a Large Seb most of the time….

Anyone know if there ever was a custom version of the Ti-lock? I did a quick search and could not find anything. If not, the only way to get a knife with a Ti-lock is through CRK.

I really love mine and enjoy it every time I pick it up...never loses its unique appeal. I can thumb flick mine open, but for the life of me, cannot close it one handed. I'd love to be able to, but there is some serious skill involved it seems
