Ti Lock video from SHOT

Opening it looks difficult. Glad to finally see a video of this knife though.
Thanks

Looks pretty good in the hand. I can't wait until this goes into production so I can see someone do a full review.

With no lock cut out, both handles look thick and equally substantial.

That said, Is that really how its operated? I would think that if you are going to open it by pushing on the blade with your thumb like that, they would have engineered in some kind of Mnandi-like nail nick cut out or stud. Also, I think this guy is a righty and is trying to operate it with his left hand. I don't think you reach across the front of the knife to close it like that? Maybe he should have used the "lock stud" that was on the same some as his thumb?

Not being critical, just confused.

^^^ I agree, I am sure there is a much more practical way to open it then the guy demonstrates. He is probably just opening it that way since it is his first time operating the Ti-Lock.

doesn't appeal to me at all, don't mean to be offensive but it kind of looks like something you'd get for a few bucks at a dollar store..I guess it's just the lock design. Just my opinion anyway.

I played with it at blade last year and it opened very easily. Way smoother then my Sebenzas. I used my thumb only in the gap where the lock and blade are

Very interesting. Glad this guy didnt cut himself with the awkward closing of it. Not a "user" to me but engineering wise very cool.

I definitely have to play around with this before I consider buying it. I just don't see where I could possibly use a knife like this...
