Another stunner!

slick af.

Fine work! I really like the fuller as a blade-pull. You should post that photo showing the inside, with the bronze inserts, it's a cool pic.

Nice custom. I am digging this because lockbacks are getting rarer and more overlooked for the 10 million liner / frame lock flipper designs that have flooded the market.

Thanks guys!

Yea, i personally think the Lockback is the better folding knife. Truly ambidextrous too.

Beautiful! I've never heard of anyone using titanium as blade stock?

As for knives, i think i am the only one on this planet who makes knives from heat treated Titanium. :)

HRC is in the mid 50ies. They perform similar to a simple carbon steel blade like 1084 in terms of edge holding and ease of sharpening, but with a "springy" temper and of course no rust ever and super light compared to steel.

As far as I know, you're the only person masochistic enough to be making folders like this (and making nice refined fixed blades) by hand, as a specialty.

The Mission Knives company is still making production fixed blades out of hardened titanium, I believe.

Ah yes you're right, totally forgot about Mission Knives. Guess i forgot about them because IMHO they went downhill since the new owners.

Anyhow, here is a dirty pic of the Lockback while still in progress of the "inside", showing the bronze insert and overall construction.
