Ti Military and regular Military interchangeable?

Possibly but there's also a chance it won't either. Some have done here with mixed results.

I have (as others have) done that swap with great success. Others have had lock up issues. The only way to tell is to try it and if it doesn't work, swap the blades back again.

I haven't run into any problems either, guess I've been lucky.

CQI is why it doesn't always work, and is also why replacement blades are not available.
 
Well the only way to find out is to try. Now I'm on the lookout for a nice Milie blade. Being a steel snob is expensive sometimes.
 
I tried EXACTELY what gooey did and I had rock lock. My M4 wasn't a close enough match. I also tried my S90V, no go. I did my Cruwear blade and it was great. Locked up perfect. No play. So, it can work sometimes.
