I don't have a military so what did you do? It looks like the spine of the blade may be polished but what else?

I hate bugs

I polished the spine, clip, pivot and screws, blasted the flat grind and put a new edge on it.

So much of the blade was showing when it was closed, i thought it would look cool if it blended in with the handle's...I'm pleased with the way it came out.
