Yep!!! But....I'd rather carry a flipped Millie with a voided warranty, than a stock Millie with the warranty intact

This one isn't mine, but every Para or Millie I've ever had gets the same treatment due to the fact that tip-down only is a dealbreaker for me so I can definitely see where the owner is coming from.
...also, not much to break on that knife anyway, and if the clip breaks I'll warranty that.
