Ti salsa question

I was thinking about getting a Ti Salsa when i remembered hearing that on the aluminum salsa the blade touched the back spacer, i was wondering if the Ti salsas had the same problem or if it had been fixed?

My Titanium Salsa does not touch the back spacer and neither does my Aluminum Salsa. It is close on both but not touching.

Mine Ti-Salsa works nicely. Closed blade stops at stop pin and the edge doesn’t reach the nearest part of frame at least 3-4 millimeters.

Neat little knife I must say. It landed in my rear pocket exactly after IWA trade chow and probably will stay there pretty long time

I recall some one mentioning it is limited production run, does some one have more information ? (It helps to decide for buying sooner-NOW- or later. )

Hi Martin,

The titanium Salsa is not a limited edition. It is in regular production. It's higher pricepoint may mean that it will be produced in fewer numbers than the aluminum Salsas, depending upon demand.

Not the best my photo but it is pretty hard to picture knives at trade shows where it is no ceiling and the flash lightens an object directly or can’t lighten it at all.
