12" OAL with a 7 1/8" Blade. .095 thick 6AL-4V Titanium full convex grind with zero convex edge. Carbidized on one side and polished on the other. It also sports a damascus/hammered like finish. Tan canvas micarta handles. It should be a slicing and dicing demon. Will take better pics later this evening before putting it up on the exchange.

I love that hammered look

The Carbide edge also looks like Kershaw's Composite pattern too, awesome!

You're the man, Ban

That thing is sweet. I would like a Ti set from you one day. I dont see that lasting long on the exchange.

It won't even make it to the exchange because the person that bought the Mini Ti Santoku also wants this full size one ;)

NICE  Good score to whoever's getting the set :) It's going to be awesome in the kitchen.

He must obviously like the Mini Ti Santoku enough to get the bigger brother. I just wish that more people would give Carbidized Titanium knives a chance. All of the results thus far has been very positive.

Great Santoku. That paired up with a heavier cleaver would all I need in my kitchen.

I was looking for this over at the exchange :0/ What do these go for?

I actually use a smaller paring knife a whole lot in the kitchen. But then again I am not exactly a chef. Cup O Noodles and Rice are my specialty :p

I use a 8" chefs knife and a paring knife the most (both by Victorinox), but I'm no chef either :)
