Tibetan birthday present

I got in on a recent special and got the Tibetan sword with carved handle, it came yesterday (very fast) just in time today is my sons birthday and it is his present. He loves it. What a wonderful piece. I was surprised at the speed and handling ability of this as I thought it might be short and heavy. You can get use to the feel of it fast and it does not take any real adjustment to use it with almost any style. Better than I had expected.

I didn't need one anyway ( except to complete a matching pair ).

The carved handles are my favorite.

Besides, ( sour grapes deleted ) had other things to spend the money on.
