Ticket Trouble (Blade 2009)

I was wondering if I could get some help from you guys:

This was going to be my first trip to blade show this year, I bought the tickets right when they were available and then recently acquired VIP passes to get into the show early. I would love to use the VIP passes and get a refund for my tickets that I bought, but I can't get a hold of ANYONE who can do so. Is it even refundable? Have you guys ever had to get a refund, how did you do so? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That was the plan. Problem is, I'll still be losing money AND everyone has been grabbing VIP passes on these forums.

Some kind soul might take your tickets at Blade, if they are going to have to buy some anyway. Heck, I would if I didn't have a VIP pass.

My advice if you can't sell them - forget about it and enjoy the show. When you factor in travel, lodging, meals, etc., the cost will be a pittance. Don't let it spoil an otherwise wonderful experience.
