Does anyone have experience or insight with coatings for food prep? I know there many threads on this topic but the new cruwear Endela has a titanium carbonitride coating which websites that specialize in metal coating state it’s food safe and used with medical implants. Interesting

Should be fine. I think that's what Buck used on its BassPro 110 in CPM-154, one of my favorite knives.
