Tiffany Swiss Army Knife

That's right; a true Victorinox Swiss Army knife, a little bitty one, made for Tiffany in the early 1980s. Does anyone have any information on these, especially an estimate of value. I haven't bought this and don't know if it's a good buy or not. Thanks
