Tiger Hide scales ????..

was just wandering:confused:

but arent these just the oiled Tiger Stripe micarta scales??..sure looks like it:confused:

anyway,,they look great on that FBM LE and i caint wait to get mine.
 
I'm thinking that they were darken up for the pics. Tiger and snakeskin are both canvas micarta. Usually only the paper micarta is that naturally dark.
 
Dose anyone have close up pics of the FBMLEs? I would like to see somemore pics than the one thats on the site.

yeah,,,but paper wont show that much seperation in the material fibers that you can see in the pic on the Busse site,,I can defenitly see that they are canvas based scales, and they are defenitly not oiled Snake Skin scales,,, the only others I have seen that resembled those scales are oiled Tiger Stripe canvas scales :eek:

plus,,,look at the glossy finish on the scales,,,they are defenitly oiled:eek:

anyway,,,still an AWSOME combo :thumbup: :thumbup:

so far those are the only pics avalible of the FBMLE :eek:
